Peter J. Borella, LLC

Peter J. Borella has always focused on his clients, both in his previous real estate business and his volunteer work. This client-focused approach, combined with his affable personality and sharp real estate acumen, makes him the consummate real estate agent to work with in Southwest Florida. Like many Floridians, Peter was drawn to the state's housing market, economy, lifestyle, and weather. In 2017, he took the plunge and purchased his first property in Estero. In 2024, Peter became a Southwest Florida resident.

Peter originally hails from New York City and Greenwood Lake, New York. He graduated from Iona University with a degree in Public Relations. While attending Iona, Peter played Division I tennis and was a Dean’s List recipient. In 2004, Peter obtained his Juris Doctor from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. At Hofstra, Peter was a member of the Moot Court Association and partook in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Before joining John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate, Peter was an attorney and legal consultant.

Peter’s affinity for real estate led to his foray into residential and commercial real estate investment. His keen insight into real estate investment makes him an invaluable resource for clients. Additionally, Peter’s analytical mindset and training as an attorney position him well to shepherd clients through the home listing and buying processes.

Outside of work, Peter supports the Veterans Watchmaker Initiative (VWI), Knights of Columbus, and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Additionally, he spent five years volunteering with North Shore Animal League America. Peter also enjoys golfing and spending time with family, friends, and his two adopted muttigrees, Chase and Dax.
